Required Fees

  • Application Fee: $25 (per applicant)
  • Amenity Fee: $150 (at move-in)

Optional Fees – Pet (2 Max)

  • One Time Non-Refundable Pet Deposit: $250 per pet
  • Monthly Pet Rent: $50/mo per pet

Situational Fees

  • Late Fee: 5% of base rent
  • Early Lease Termination: 60 day notice and 2 month’s base rent and repayment of concessions, if applicable.
  • Transfer Fee: 1 month of current apartment’s base rent
  • NSF Fee: $35
  • Replacement/Additional Key Fob: $50
  • Replacement Mail Key: $5
  • Renter's Protection Fee: 11.14/mo
  • Vacant Cost Recovery: $50

Utilities & Insurance

  • Electricity: TBD paid directly to provider
  • Water/Sewer: TBD paid along with rent
  • Cable/Internet: TBD paid directly to provider
  • Liability Insurance: Varies based on provider
  • Trash Fee: $20/mo

Utility Billing Fees:

  • New Account Fee: $10 (One Time)
  • Admin Billing Fee: $4.31/mo
